Simple & Fair Return Policy for Tiniover

At Tiniover, we understand that buying a etrike online is a big decision. We want you to feel confident and happy with your purchase.

 

All returns must first be authorized by Tiniover Support Team prior to return. If the customer has returned the package without prior authorization (RMA form), sends to the wrong address, returns an incorrect item, or submits an empty package, then again Tiniover reserves the right to refuse any compensation.

 

1. When can I Return My Tricycle?

If you received the etrike and do not like it, we want you to have plenty of time to ensure your new tricycle is a perfect fit. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return it in its original condition within 30 days of receipt.

 

 

2. What Condition Does the Tricycle Need to Be In?

Please retain the original packaging to facilitate returns and include all accessories, such as instructions or screws.If the original packaging is lost, you must secure alternative packaging that ensures the product fits properly and is protected from damage during transit. Please note that any damage incurred during the transportation process due to improper packaging will be the responsibility of the customer.

 

To receive a full refund, the tricycle must be returned in new and unused condition, with all original tags and packaging. It must be assembled exactly as it was when you received it, if possible. We understand this can be tricky, so please don't worry—we're here to help you with instructions.

 

For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on products that have been used, modified, or damaged after delivery.

 

Payment will be fully refunded within 3-7 business days once we receive the returned items.All returns will be inspected by our technical team upon arrival. Our staff will do unpacking and inspection for your returned goods ASAP. Thanks for your patience and cooperation.

 

 

3.How Do I Start a Return?

 

Please first submit a email to our Customer service (Email: support@tiniovertrike.com) with the information below:

1. Describe the problem with your item in detail: What happened? When? How? Please also state your full order number and product code (SKU number).

2. Tell us what steps you have already taken to resolve the issue.

3. Send a clear photo or video showing the defect(s); these should be taken under good lighting.

Our After-sales team will look into the problem you are facing and get back to you with a solution ASAP.

 

Please email us at support@ support@tiniovertrike.com with photos and/or videos of the items and let us know your order number. 

 

Ship the item back: If your return is accepted, we’ll send you the return address, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. (Note: Items returned without authorization will not be accepted). We recommend that you send your return/exchange in a shipping method providing tracking information as well as a signature, because we will not be responsible for lost return/exchange.

 

We will email you a prepaid shipping label that you can have a friend, family member, or local print shop help you print. In some cases, we can even mail you a printed label.

 

 

4. Who Pays for Shipping?

You may cancel your order for a full refund up until the time you receive your shipment confirmation email with tracking information.

 

If you cancel after your order has been sent you are responsible for the return shipping fee.  In addition, the original shipping fee we incurred to send the bike to you will not be refunded.

 

If the return is due to our problems (such as: incorrect products, quality problems of products), we will provide a full refund for you;

If the return is due to the buyer’s problem (such as: don’t like/want the item, ordered a wrong product/size), the buyer should pay the freight.

 

 

5. How Will I Get My Refund?

 

Once we receive and inspect your returned tricycle, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Your refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

 

 

7. What If My Tricycle is Damaged or Has a Defect?

 

We carefully inspect every tricycle before it ships. However, if your item arrives damaged or has a manufacturer’s defect, please contact us immediately at 213 991 0655

 

We will apologize for the trouble and quickly send you a replacement part or a whole new tricycle at no extra cost. We may also arrange for a convenient pickup of the damaged item.

 

 

8. Our Warranty

 

Every tricycle from Tiniover  comes with a standard manufacturer’s warranty against defects. For specific warranty details on your model, please see your manual or call us.
